I have been a Ph.D. student at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and I worked on Indian agricultural emissions, wherein I prepared a updated localized emission inventory for agriculture sector of India at 11 km * 11 km spatial and monthly temporal resolution and then used Weather Research and Forecasting Model coupled with Chemistry (WRF-Chem) to validate the emission inventory against various satellite datasets such as MODIS AOD and IASI NH3 data. Also I worked on health impact analysis associated with the agriculture sector of India.
I have also worked on various projects such as forecasting the concentration of pollutants for the next 3 days using the WRF-Chem model and also worked on Road-dust emissions etc.
Also I have experience in working with softwares/models such as AERMOD, HYSPLIT, ArcGIS, AIRQ+ etc.
I have also worked on Indoor Air Quality wherein I tried to link ventilation rates within various built environments and their impact on health.
